Coverage expansion to Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee
Class offering expands to include Auto Repair, Restaurants, Gas Stations and Convenience Stores bringing its total eligible class list to over 700 NAICS codes; Equipment Breakdown coverage becomes available
Joyn expands coverage to Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington
Coverage for E&S property, general liability, and excess expands to Utah, New Mexico, and Oklahoma
Joyn announces $17.7m Series A funding round led by OMERS Ventures with participation from Avanta Ventures, ManchesterStory, Cohen Circle, SiriusPoint and several private individual investors
Industry veterans Brian Duperreault and Jim Hackbarth join the Board as independent directors
