What’s your role at Joyn?

Day-to-day, I connect critical broker partners to Joyn and help develop, articulate, and deliver Joyn’s value proposition as we bring our offerings to market. Early in my career I was fortunate to play a part in the launch of the XL North America Construction vertical. I was also fortunate to join the Blackboard team. These experiences have equipped me to drive change in the commercial insurance industry and foster growth for Joyn.

What attracted you to Joyn?

It was the company’s culture, leadership, and the team assembled. I’m fortunate to have worked with many of these professionals in the past and am excited to have the opportunity to do so again. I’m particularly thrilled about the opportunity to positively transform the insurance industry.

My experience includes being part of two start-ups and new businesses, and that kind of fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck, collaborative approach is truly energizing. I’m excited to continue down this path with Joyn.

Tell us about your passions and motivations outside of Joyn.
