As a new Joyner with prior experience as a broker, Service Specialist Sharna’ Hines writes about the frustrations she encountered on a day to day basis and her views how Joyn is raising the bar on the broker experience.

“Sharna’s background on the insurance broker side has offered huge insights for our team since day one”, says teammate Lindsey Fisher. “Her tenacity and desire to learn, refine, and implement processes at Joyn will take our Service Team far.”

“We went to RIMS with a purpose: to be seen, to gain visibility, and to showcase our great Joyn story,” Uwe Schoberth said. “We went to build on the momentum that we created since launching, and we certainly left with a lot of it. Now it’s all in the follow up.”

Dawn Argue is a Senior Underwriter at Joyn with an expertise in West Coast Risks. Having come to Joyn in December, we checked in with Dawn on her experience so far and how Joyn is different from the various other places she’s worked in the insurance industry.
